Working Dads: Towards Equal Care Report Launch
Hosted by GenWest and the Preventing Violence Together (PVT) Partnership
Join us for the official launch of the Working Dads: Towards Equal Care report, exploring the challenges and opportunities faced by working fathers in balancing caregiving and work.
This report, developed by the PVT partnership and GenWest, shares insights from a significant number of fathers across Melbourne’s West.
The findings highlight why working fathers take less parental leave and face barriers to flexible caregiving.
During this webinar, you will learn about the 18 actionable recommendations for workplaces and leadership that can foster a more inclusive, equitable environment for fathers and caregivers.

Join the Walk Against Family Violence on Friday 22 November to help create a future where we are all safe, equal and respected.
This event marks the beginning of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence – a global campaign for the prevention and elimination of violence against women and girls.
By joining the Walk in solidarity with victim survivors, you can take action to prevent family violence and violence against women.
People of all genders are welcome. Bring your workmates, friends, family, chosen family and dogs.
Wear orange if you can, bring a water bottle, and don’t forget colourful signs and banners.
