This program is tailored to equip workplaces with the tools and insights needed to cultivate an environment that celebrates diversity, ensures equal opportunities, and champions gender equality. Learn practical strategies to foster inclusivity, tackle unconscious bias, and consider policies that support gender equity.

This package can support Victorian Government Defined Entities obligated under the Gender Equality Act, or any workplace looking to enhance gender equality for their workforce.

This package is designed to:

  • Provide evidence-based context for preventing gender-based violence and advancing gender equity through Gender Equality Act obligations
  • Support workforce understanding of the critical connection between Gender Equality Action Plans (GEAPs) and preventing gender-based violence
  • Packages are available for GEAP implementation committees, executives, managers, and staff
  • This session can also be tailored for workplaces not obligated under the Gender Equality Act 2020.
