The aim of the program is to empower women to make their health and wellbeing a priority by giving them the tools and knowledge.
Multilingual Health Educator, Nilaufer Singh recently delivered four sessions across Melbourne's west, each covering four important health topics:
- Cervical and breast screening
- Menopause
- Bowel screening
- Healthy relationships
This is a first for Daughters of the West and GenWest with hopes the program will continue this tailored content in the future.
