GenWest provides services and support to people who are experiencing family violence. We provide family violence support and case management, as well as services that promote healing and recovery, such as youth and children’s counselling.
Please note that GenWest is not a 24/7 service – we offer appointment-based family violence services.
We are part of the Orange Door network which means that our family violence intake support services are based at the Orange Door. For immediate crisis response or to speak to someone outside of business hours, contact Safe Steps on 1800 015 188. If you are in immediate danger call the police on 000.
